This Return Policy explains cancellation, refund, and satisfaction options for digital personalized meal plan products sold by Purifydrainherb through purifydrainherb.world. Because plans are delivered electronically, traditional physical returns do not apply.
Digital Product Nature
Upon purchase or subscription activation, you receive immediate access to customized or scheduled menu materials, grocery lists, and related documents. Delivery constitutes fulfillment for that billing cycle.
Seven-Day Satisfaction Review
New subscribers may request a review within seven calendar days of first plan delivery if the Essential Weekly Guide, Balanced Lifestyle Plan, or Premium Planning Partnership materially fails to match the tier description on our Curated Plans page. Eligible requests receive one complimentary revision week or a prorated refund of that month's fee at our discretion after good-faith troubleshooting.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals by notifying us at least seven days before the next billing date via the reach-out form or written request including your account email. Cancellations stop subsequent charges; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued when duplicate charges occur, technical failure prevents plan access for more than forty-eight hours, or required tier features were unavailable during the paid month. Refunds are generally not provided for dissatisfaction with taste preferences when intake forms were accurate, or for partial use of delivered materials.
Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues promptly. Unauthorized charge claims will be investigated with payment partners.
Plan Pauses
Balanced and Premium clients may pause up to one month per rolling year with seven days notice. Paused months are not billed. Essential tier pauses convert to cancellation at period end.
Upgrades and Downgrades
Tier changes take effect on the next billing cycle unless you request immediate upgrade, in which case the price difference may be charged pro-rata for remaining days. Downgrades apply next cycle; no retroactive credit for unused premium features in the current cycle unless required by law.
Corporate and Group Licenses
Enterprise meal plan packages follow separate agreements. Return terms in master contracts supersede this policy where they differ.
